Let Us Plan Your Short-Term Mission Trip

Son Servants can design a trip that meets the unique needs, interests, and skills of your group.

Son Servants has been taking youth groups on summer mission trips since the early 1980s, but we also are available to help design customized trips for any group at other times of the year. Examples from the past include college spring break trips, family trips, and adult groups.

What We Do

Location Selection

Once you tell us a bit about your goals, we can help select the perfect location for your group, be it international or domestic.

Leadership

We will accompany you on the trip to help with on-site logistics and to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Trip Length

We can help you determine if a long-weekend or a 10-day experience is best for your group.

Determine Schedule & Activities

In addition to organizing the projects you will work on and the associated logistics, we can also help with planning other activities for the group to do during the trip.

Create a Budget

We will help plan the financial aspects of the trip so that you can determine participant costs and fundraising needs.

Trip costs vary depending upon location, number of participants, extent of projects and additional trip elements requested

What We DO NOT Provide

While each of these elements can be added for an additional cost, we typically do not provide the following for custom trips:

  • Transportation – We do not book air travel or rent vehicles for you, although we can arrange ground transportation on international trips.
  • Cooking Staff – If you need someone to prepare meals for your group, you can let us know and we can find someone at an additional cost, but otherwise you should bring someone to do this or split these duties among your group.
  • Programming – We do not provide the programming elements our summer trips have such as speakers, quiet time materials, or musicians for custom trips unless pre-arranged.
